On Friday I’ll be attending the workshop run by LUCID (Learning, Understanding and Communicating about Information Design), at Reading’s department of Typography & Graphic Communication. The workshop is going to look at how designers can improve the presentation of weather forecasts and transform complex information.
Needless to say, I’ll be consulting with Gran beforehand..
For the most part, the information design and language of receipts curiously falls below a brand’s radar. But why not do a good job? BERG Studio did. And what a difference. Useful, beautiful, and legible.
